Our pen blank stock comes from the cutoffs of our musical instrument grade lumber. So the material is dry and well seasoned.

The blanks measure a minimum of 3/4 X 3/4 X 6". 

The pictures are just examples of the blanks you will receive. Each blank is carefully checked before shipping to be free of splits, cracks, knots and worm holes. I turn pens as a hobby so I know what makes a good blank. 

If you have not turned or worked with bubinga before. It is a wonderful wood that takes a finish very well. A personal favorite of mine.
