Item description: Second grade black walnut back and side set. Cut from old well seasoned stock and ready for use. 7% moisture content or less. These sets may contain color flaws, a small worm hole and pin knots. They are structurally sound and will still make a nice guitar. The buy it now price is for one set, the pictures are examples of the quality you can expect. I have nine total sets available all cut from the same board, so they are all very similar to what is pictured.
The walnut we source here locally in Pennsylvania is air dried and is not steamed.
Back dimensions: 22 X 8.5 X 0.140" each
Sides dimensions: 32.25 X 5 X 0.140" each
Both sides of the set are drum sanded to 120 grit.
We can sand to custom thickness at no extra charge.
